フィードバックを提供するI've encountered this issue three or four times where I mistakenly asked the wrong staff members—those not responsible for pickup orders—who were just standing near the counter, and they completely ignored me. I couldn't believe it! The least they could do is direct me to the right person. In my several visits there, ordering in advance has saved me only about 2 to 3 minutes overall. However, the stress of locating my order can be quite annoying, especially since they don't always call out names for in-store orders. It's important to note that people who choose to order ahead are usually looking for savings in time and a stress-free experience. Otherwise, why else would we bother?
The portion of sauce is always inadequate, and they consistently skimp on the fries. I ordered a large fry, and it was only filled halfway. It's quite disappointing.
I ordered the new honey pepper pimento cheese sandwich, and I was quite disappointed to find that it had barely any pimento cheese in it. When I opened the sandwich, it looked like a regular sandwich rather than what was shown in the promotional pictures. While the sandwich itself was decent, I had hoped for more pimento cheese, especially since it costs more than the standard sandwich.
The ladies here are so amazing… I told them I was here celebrating my birthday they wished me a happy birthday and as I was leaving they went out of there way to give me a little gift. Made me feel special when they didn’t have to…
Food was yummy.... but what made me mad was when I ordered a large fries and you gave me less than a medium in a large contained... wasnt even half full.... so quality control check?
