However, the pizza I tried was very bland—not due to it being vegan or gluten-free—but considering all the toppings, it lacked flavor. It tasted like nothing, and I assure you, I don’t have COVID. I ordered the Zen vegetarian pizza, and I can't recommend it. That said, I might give another option a try next time.
I walked in once without realizing it was a vegan/vegetarian specialty pizza place and ordered a slice of La Nonna. Wow. The first bite was incredible—so flavorful and rich. A week later, I decided to order a whole pizza to my house, but unfortunately, it was way too salty. I went back to get another individual slice, and it was good again, although this time it was much thinner. It seems like consistency isn't their strong suit, but I’m willing to take the chance to enjoy that first delicious slice every now and then.
I lived in New York for two years, and this place was my favorite spot for gluten-free pizza. I returned last week for my rescheduled graduation and didn't realize how much I missed it until I came back. My only complaint is the price. My friend ordered one slice for about $4, while I got two—a vegan gluten-free slice and a cheese slice—for $14. I suppose that's just how it goes when you have allergies, but it’s a bit frustrating.
Such an amazing spot! Delicious pizzas with fresh and healthy ingredients, beautiful pasta, fresh juices and decadent desserts. All in a great location in the UWS with fast service and a smile ???????????? Standouts were the Zen, Mother Earth and Vegetale- will definitely be back again soon! ????
Fair not a big deal the fries potion so small for a nearly 5.00 charges consist of maybe 10 to 12 pieces . the pizza was thin nice crust . just a simple Cafe.
