I am a addiction to the original standard bone broth: chicken, beef and hearth, although they know how Oatmeal and BEC branch broth: Bacon, Egg and (Parmesan) cheese will be awhile before I try. But their broths are really delicious and they certainly FEEL as if they were good for you. In addition, on the day of election and the day before, they gave everyone a free chicken breadh that was right!
Walked in today for the first time and was greeted by Brodo founder Marco Canora himself at the front door! I had never had any type of broth and chef Marco guided me through how to order and what to get. Love to see him so involved with the business at the front-facing level. The broth itself was a revelation! It has the robust flavor of a tea, but I felt satiated like I?d just had a hearty meal. Unfortunately, it?s a bit on the pricey side to make it a daily dose for my diet (at least on my budget), but I?ll certainly be back to grab the occasional treat, especially with Winter just around the corner. According to Brodo?s website, all of the bones are acquired from family farms that raise grass-fed animals and they?re free of GMO?s etc. Love this aspect. Only thing I?d like to see is some type of reusable thermos or mug program to further cut back on waste. BUT there?s plenty to love about Brodo and chef Marco?s operation. Can?t recommend enough.
Chicken broth is bomb! Very convenient, looks like a cup of coffee, it?s filling and delicious!
My first experience here I had no clue on what to get. It just so happened that I was super sick that day and the young lady that was there helped me pick the best broth to help overcome the flue. It definitely helped and I?m forever grateful. Thank you!
