The window seating at The Ritz Carlton creates a beautiful restaurant atmosphere. My husband and I shared a delicious burger and lobster roll, and the tomato bisque soup was hot and absolutely fantastic!

The service here was lackluster and lacked warmth, and the food was just average, especially considering the high prices. I'm surprised that the Ritz Carlton brand is willing to be associated with such mediocrity. I recommend avoiding this place, as there are far better options within a half-kilometer radius.

A classy, pleasant bar in the Ritz on Central Park, Contour Gastro Lounge And Bar is a great place to stop for a drink and enjoyable people-watching.There are various kinds of seating, so you can find whatever you like, from barstools to large couches. The service was slow, but this isn't the kind of place you come to when you're in a rush, so we didn't mind. The drinks are, of course, expensive, but that's a given in the Ritz and part of the whole experience. I recommend the espresso martini for an afternoon pick-me-up after walking at the park!

Lovely restaurant with absolutely outstanding service and ambiance. The food is great too but every time I dine here, I feel like a celebrity they really make you feel amazing.

I wrote in the app when I reserved my table that I was celebrating my fiance's birthday. They performed a nice quiet intimate birthday serenade to my fiance and gave her a very delicious complimentary happy birthday cheesecake. The service was very attentive and elegant. That was for dinner and the food was awesome!!!
