Panda - New Windsor

This place has the best Chinese food. The vegetables always seem to be a bit fresher than other places, and the delivery is almost always fast (I had to supply food in as little as twenty minutes). I've tried other places in the area, but in recent years we've only ordered from Panda.

This place was absolutely terrible! We called a delivery order, and after we had waited for over an hour, we called to see where he was, and they were completely rude and didn't understand us very well. The driver finally showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes after our order (we live 5 miles from the location), and when my husband complained about the time, they gave us an apology that someone did not answer the door. This would not delay our order so much! Then the driver took our food and left. When my husband said he went with our food and we need a refund, the woman hung the phone on him! She slept while he spoke! I can't believe it! So my husband went all the way to get our food and see what they would do to solve this, and she broke the transaction, but offered him nothing. They didn't offer us our food back, or to make us new hot food after my husband drove all the way there, as our other food would be safe cold now, or even an apology! That was the worst experience ever with a restaurant! Of course, you don't appreciate the customer at all, and we will definitely present a report to the Better Business Bureau.

I have been coming here since they opened. Their food is always delicious and the staff are very friendly. I have never had a problem here and i would highly recommend them to a friend!

The food here is incredibly fresh and delicious. I've tried other Chinese restaurants in the area, but so far, Panda has been my favorite.

The staff wears masks that provide a reassuring feeling. The food is consistently delicious, and they always fill the extra plastic containers nearby. They are always accommodating and the staff is pleasant. I've never had any issues during my visits. I've been dining there 1-2 times a week for the past 7-8 years.
