Starbucks - New Westminster

Long lineup when we arrived but was very surprised at how quickly it moved ! I just had a chai latte and it was fabulous as always. Consistent high quality is what I've come to expect from Starbucks. I wish there were more seats but we got lucky and scooped one as people were leaving. The balcony would likely be great when weather allows (not today! . I do wish the bathrooms had paper towels instead of or even in addition to blow dryers. But I can't take points off for that...

My go to study spot for the summer! Very friendly and courteous staff. The tables are routinely cleaned as well as the bathroom. Also shoutout to Andre for his great customer service!

Alieda and the team handling the morning rush like champions. I ordered my drink wrong by accident and she had it remade (for free, even though I messed up) while handling other orders simultaneously! Impressive. Will return of course.

My go to in new west now. Great staff. Killer culture. You can tell when you have a grouo tuned into the goals. They don't need to be best friends but they are pulling for each other to give the best and fastest experience for the customer.

Lauren made sure to absolutely make my day, and had a positive spirit the whole time I was in the cafe, she managed to not only remember my name but remember almost everyone’s names in the cafe without looking at the sticker! As a fellow partner I’m inspired by her drive to create a welcoming and warm space in the cafe, her costumer service is AMAZING and needs to be recognized! she’s a queen
