Batter The Devil You Know

This restaurant recently closed.This was new resturant which opened three years ago and set their prices too high for this area. The prices were very high and people in our community could purchase the food at at much better rate close to the same establishment.They did not have ample space for the customers who would eat there.

Enjoyed our dinner here. Of course the fish is fresh not frozen and that adds to the taste. Restaurant is small but we reserved ahead and we able to get a table for nine The servers are very very friendly

A hole in the wall with high quality food: perfectly crispy fish and chips and fries. If you love fish and chips, you'll want to stop here. Would suggest eating there, though -- we carried out and the styrofoam decreased the crispiness.

This is a must visit while in New Waterford. Lovely decor and delicious food. Locally baked pie was amazing!

How many ways can I write "grease?" Would never go back! Haddock in fish & chips was quite good, and Cole slaw was fine, but my fries were grease-soggy and the "homemade" tartar sauce was terrible. Spouse's "special" sole fell apart when it was taken from the pan in the kitchen, and looked worse than it tasted. Baked potato looked (and cut) like it was baked a week earlier! Salad was pretty good. Waitress (owner?) seemed more interested in chatting with customers than giving attention to tables...and had a bad habit of calling everyone "Honey" or "Darling." Unacceptable in 2016! And how about seeing her take a tablecloth off a table and walk out the front door to shake it over the sidewalk? Or leaving the door open so the flies were free to fly around the food? No! No!
