MTN DEW Baja Blast Freeze and the Chalupa Supremes hit the spot!!!

I have been going to this taco bell for many years, today was absolutely the worst I have encountered in all my 35 yr on this earth, I am a very humble person that takes life as it comes. The food they served me my dog wouldn't eat it, the chalupas werehard as a brick the lettuce was wilted an disgusting. Nothing I order had sauce on it, ALL THE FOOD WAS DRY!!!! AND OF COURSETHEY ARE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. NSB TACO BELL NEED STAFF OVERHAUL!!!!

Taco Bell? where do I start. The order is wrong. Cheese cup, no chips. One teaspoon of meat on the 10$ nacho bell grande. The lid not even on it. Cinnamon things not in bag. So I called the manager who refused to say his name and was rude as hell. Ittook everything In me to not drive down there and throw this bag in his face. I will never eat here again I?d rather throw my30$ out the window then eat this dog food. The kid is supposed to be a manager and doesn?t even know his name. Yells atcustomers. Puts garbage food in the bag and then doesn?t even check to see if all the garbage is In there. People like this kidneed a life lesson and to learn some work ethic. Guess that?s why he only made it to Taco Bell night shift.

I ordered the Crunchwrap combo online and had it delivered through DoorDash. Unfortunately, the Taco Bell employees forgot my drink, the sauce packets, and the sour cream for my crunchy taco, which ended up being a mess. I've been trying to call them for hours, but the phone just keeps ringing and then disconnects. I understand that restaurants are facing staffing challenges, but it shouldn't be too difficult to read an order ticket and prepare the food correctly, especially considering I spent $20 after the delivery fee and tip. My order number is 984787.

The food was delicious, and Courtney was incredibly friendly, even though it was almost closing time and there was a long line behind me in the drive-thru.
