Papa Johns Pizza - New Smyrna Beach

Honestly, best restaurant I have ever dealt with. I ordered what I thought was a Large Cheese Thin Crust Well-done, but when it arrived it was an Original Crust Pizza. I won 't eat pizza unless its crispy, so I called and she stated that they followed what I ordered and when I looked I did it wrong. Immediately she said 'No Problem, I will get one the way you like it, right out to you. ' I was amazed that something that was clearly my issue or my phones issue, they were so willing to fix immediately. The customer service at this restaurant is how everyobe should be. Clearly everyobe there knows how to be a normal, nice human-being. Alot of people could learn alot from this place.

I ordered the new Italian and meatball Papadia... very tasty, very pizza and very pizza! Ohh I said that twice. The Italian Papadia had everything I enjoy in an Italian taste pizza. I’m saving the meatball Papadia for the storms tonight. That and a small bottle of Fireball. I’m sure the meatball Papadia will taste awesome too!

It is Papa Johns. You either like it or you don't. What make this place shine is their wonderful team working here. If their franchise is reading this, you should be very proud. Take care of them, folks like that are hard to find.

Fresh and hot food. Good and helpful employees. Highly recommended.

Covid is preventing them from operating at full capacity...but nice group of people.
