Culver's - New Richmond

The food was delicious, and my children wanted to go back that night. We give them two thumbs up

Food is great, fast, and employees are friendly. The only issue is the use of gloves by the person that takes payment and then delivers the food. I’m in medical and gloves are considered a contaminated PPE once it is put on. The gloves are getting contaminated like crazy when taking payment. If they are not changed after every interaction they are useless. If anything, just do bare hands and moisturizing hand sanitizer. The general public does not know how to use gloves properly. Also, it seems Culver’s does not care as they don’t even check reviews.

I wanted my first time at Culver's to be where it began. So instead of trying it out in Ohio, I waited until I visited Wisconsin. As a fast food place, it's fantastic. Having everything cooked fresh makes a difference. The cheeseburger was delicious and the real onion rings were fantastic. Loved the malt too!

While other fast food chains struggle with staffing, speed, and food quality, Culver's in New Richmond stands out as an exception. Whatever they’re doing differently certainly pays off. The food is excellent, and the service is friendly! Stop searching and go there!
