Culver's - New Richmond

While other fast food chains struggle with staffing, speed, and food quality, Culver's in New Richmond stands out as an exception. Whatever they’re doing differently certainly pays off. The food is excellent, and the service is friendly! Stop searching and go there!

Fantastic food and outstanding service! I've visited Culver multiple times for a good reason: the food is exceptional. The burgers are delectable, and the other sandwiches are equally tasty. The only item I haven't tried is the fish sandwich, as I find it difficult to eat fish unless I'm a few miles away from the coast. The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend dining here!

Food is great, fast, and employees are friendly. The only issue is the use of gloves by the person that takes payment and then delivers the food. I’m in medical and gloves are considered a contaminated PPE once it is put on. The gloves are getting contaminated like crazy when taking payment. If they are not changed after every interaction they are useless. If anything, just do bare hands and moisturizing hand sanitizer. The general public does not know how to use gloves properly. Also, it seems Culver’s does not care as they don’t even check reviews.
