Untied Brewing Company - New Providence

This is an excellent new addition to New Providence! They offer a variety of standard beers alongside an impressive selection of premium options. I counted at least 15 different styles available on tap. I sampled 8 of them and ended up choosing my top two favorites: a double IPA and their pioneer ale. Both were exceptional! I will definitely return!

The atmosphere is wonderful. After the pandemic, we sought a restaurant with ample space, and this place did not let us down—it felt spacious and inviting. They offer a fantastic selection of beers. The family-friendly atmosphere is clear, and the outdoor area is delightful. Our two-year-old was especially entertained by the train that passes by!

I stumbled upon this restaurant while waiting for a swimming competition I couldn't attend, and I was truly delighted by my find. The interior was amazing, with plenty of seating and a wide selection of beers. The Moos Pumpkin and Left in the Dark Russian Imperial were among the best beers I've ever tasted. Outside, a fantastic little band performed a great variety of music. With WiFi available, I was able to relax and enjoy a flight of beers while watching the swim meet—definitely a much better option than sitting in my car in the parking lot. This place is fantastic, and if I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely return. You should check it out too!

Whether it's pre- or post-COVID, this place is absolutely exceptional! They offer a fantastic variety of beers and seltzers now. The atmosphere is clean and spacious, making it an ideal location for gatherings with friends. We used to enjoy playing cornhole here before the pandemic, and I can't wait to do that again! When it comes to beer, this is undoubtedly the best brewery in Northern Jersey. They have brews with an ABV of 12% that are so smooth, you wouldn't believe how potent they are. I highly recommend stopping by! The staff is always friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Thank you for that!

I've visited Untied multiple times and will certainly keep coming back, but I'm giving it a 4-star rating due to some inconsistencies in both their beer selection and staff interactions. While many of their barrel-aged beers are exceptional, some start strong but fall short in flavor as you drink them. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, but there are a few who come across as less personable or seem uncertain about the beers they’re serving.
