The clerk seemed overwhelmed and needed assistance during the lunchtime rush. The sandwich had the potential to be great, but the bread was soft and doughy, which affected the overall experience.

This place is a gem hidden in downtown New Port Richey. The 6 sub is a belly buster so think twice before going large. The meats and bread were fresh cut and baked. The service prompt friendly and unexpectedly attentive for a sub shop, but that is the joy of small town life and why I love this town. 25+ years service abroad and away from home to come home and find Heros subs was great. And they do first responder and military discounts!

One of my go-to spots for sandwiches while at work in downtown New Port Richey. Staff is friendly and the food is tasty. I can always count on them for a flavorful lunch.
