Dunkin' - New Port Richey

Sunday mornings are always busy here, but the employees always smile and are extremely personal. It was refreshing this morning when I ordered and saw the employee's smile. Keep the big customer service DD!

I always ordered Frozen coffee Mocha and caramel, but they always gave me different coffee i am discouraged about the DD here in New port richey, nothing else good in there. It happened like most of the time gave me different frozen coffee. The place if messed up.

Went to get a medium hot decaf tea, she first rang up medium coffee, told her it was decaf tea, she asked if I wanted sweet or unsweet. Told her again that I wanted a MEDIUM, HOT DECAF TEA! I finally got a medium hot tea, not decaf. Did she hear me at all?? I also got a half dozen donuts. She put them in a paper bag. I asked for a box, said they didn't have any! REALLY, YOU HAVE NO DONUT BOXES???? Very disappointed, not the first time, but will be the last.

America runs on Dunkin? more like Dunkin? is taking a page out of Chick Fil A?s book. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building flooding into the street. No fear, Dunkin? quickly took everyone?s order, prepared the food and drink items with the upmost accuracy, and delivered prompt and great customer service accompanied with a smile. All in all great experience. My maple sugar bacon wake-up wraps were tasty, my daughters ham, egg, and cheese wake-up wraps are to her satisfaction as always. To top it all off, I ordered ten apple cider munchkins, and to my surprise they gave me twenty for the price of ten! Will continue to go back to this great location on State Road 54. 10/10 ??????????

I really enjoyed this restaurant. It was clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I loved the meatless burger, and the coffee was well-prepared. If you're in the Trinity area and craving coffee, I highly recommend visiting this place!
