Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location was absolutely filthy! At 2:35 the food looked like it hadn't been turned or made fresh all day. Above all else terrible...the music playing in the kitchen was offensive with every other word of the rap songs being something about a B H or P y. When I told the cashier she literally looked at me blankly and said not one word back or response. There was a family with a small child maybe 3/4 years old in the dinning room just all the way around...sad!

The portion size of the bowl when ordering online is consistently smaller compared to purchasing in-store. For instance, my online order was only about 60% full, yet I was charged the full price. This discrepancy is not fair; customers should receive the same value regardless of how they order. If the product is not complete, then the price should reflect that.

I waited at the counter while four people chatted for 2-3 minutes. When I tried to order a quesadilla, I was informed that it is only available online. They were rude and I will not be returning.

I constantly have to repeat my order multiple times. The staff doesn't seem to pay attention and also skimp on portion sizes.

Chicken was over-seasoned and burnt and was not 4ounces more like 1.5ounces. For bowls they give you a baby scoop of rice and when you ask for double anything they skimp. The general managers are rude and one of the works blew up on me and said I couldnt have double rice when I asked for more. You do not get what you pay for and they just recently raised the price and now you get less for even more money! Wonderful...
