Wendy's - New Orleans

Some of the employees can be very rude. They always make the food wrong no matter how specific I get. The food is always hot and I always get full from my meal which is why I rated so high. But The drink machine is suppose to have so many flavors but only the normal flavors are available. They dont do a good job on cleaning and refilling the machines with the other syrups. They never keep lids for drinks in the lobby and they get really upset when you bother them. The night manager should be replaced she's never friendly and she lack in stocking and organization skills. She needs retraining.

This restaurant employs many young individuals who are mostly new and eager to learn. Occasionally, it can get a bit smoky, but it's important to remember that these young people are striving to forge their own paths. Overall, the food is fantastic, and the staff has a wonderful attitude.

The restaurant offers good value, especially for feeding a large family. The customer service is excellent, with a team that is consistently friendly and welcoming.
