Sweet Soulfood - New Orleans

This place is excellent! I ordered the selection 4 with the Cashew-Mac and then asked them to choose their favorite 3 other dishes. They chose the green, dirty rice and bbq cauliflower. In the register I added on an acid ginger drink and a pulse bread pudding. I couldn't finish everything, so I took it back to my hotel. Don't miss this place when you're in New Orleans!

The large salad we got was fresh (except 1 grapes) and delicious. The staff was very patient with all our questions. By staff, make sure to park on the Sweet Soulfood side of the lot.

Place is top notch. I went from the French quarter. About 35 minutes. Was worth every step. You really deserve all the positive reviews. Fantastic food! The pick 4 will probably feed me twice today, but I wanted as much as I could try. If they had a pick 12, I would have.

Large selection of constantly refilled and ready and served canteen style. We had: Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, orange cauliflower (the winner), Auberginen-Lasagne (Runner up), Jambalaya rice (underwhelming), sweet corn bread. Updated by previous rating on 2023-01-04

Visited NOLA for five days and ate there 3 times. Best food in New Orleans hands down. Also, get their ice cream. Out of this world. Would eat there weekly at least if they had a location near me.
