Restaurant Patois - New Orleans

Patois always provides fantastic dining experiences. The unique specials are hard to resist and the cocktails are delicious and creative. The service is outstanding with attentive and friendly staff.

Food was wonderful as always. Service was really lacking. We had two waiters that continued to say and ask the same thing however rarely followed through. Had bragged to friends and was disappointed in service.

Everything here is locally sourced or made in house. Grilled shrimp were outstanding. They have an on-site smoker. Friday and Sunday brunch is awesome. Mimosas with fresh squeezed juice, unique egg dishes and oh M G the frites with aioli. Fried rabbit on buttermilk biscuits.

A nice welcome from the staff to an old New Orleans home/neighborhood restaurant. My husband had two New Orleans favorites ,turtle soup and Gulf Fish Almondine and finished every bite. I had the eggplant with spaghetti squash-with a fancy red sauce and basil pure. The wait staff never made you feel rushed and the atmosphere downstairs by the picture windows is lovely.
