Pj's Coffee - New Orleans

I like the food options. Could expand on coffee flavors. Also closed at random hours when hours posted are till 1pm. Good if passing by and they happen to be open, but can’t depend on them for daily coffee.

The beignets are the best I've ever eaten. Cafe du Monde has the history, location and atmosphere. But PJs on St. Charles has the BEIGNETS in the city!

Don't let the low price fool you, their beignets are fresh and delicious!

I don't understand how this location can be so misaligned with the service of their products. Every week they are always out of something. I guess being proactive and anticipatory is not an established practice. Also very slow at times. I mean keep a person on a register and another on product construction. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

Small funky coffee shop. Staff is uber friendly and quick to please. Coffee is strong. Beignets are delicious! They only offer powdered sugar. They could elevate their game with some sauce choices.
