Empanola - New Orleans

Is it possible to love empanadas anymore than we do? It's an amazing meat pie w/ amazing deep flavors. Empanola makes many different flavors everyone of them is delicious. We loved them while they were in Auction House, we love them at Freret, and we'll love them on Magazine. This time we got their Shrimp Cheese, Spinach Artichoke, Beef Argentina, Gumbo, Crawfish Etoufee, Banana Fosters. Each came w/ some delicious sauces: Salsa Verde, Salsa Roja, and a sweet chocolate dip for the Banana FostersPS: it's so cute that they stamp their empanadas w/ the fillings : @PhidingtheFam

Cute medium size cafe serving empanadas, desserts and coffee. I had a great expresso with a lovely serving of flan; best I have had in ages. Also ordered some empanadas for later. Loved the music, culture and atmosphere.

What a cute little spot on Magazine St! The vegan Impossible empanada was delicious! Wish I would have ordered more than one. Friendly counter service.

Wow... I love it! Best Empanadas in Town. I prefer: 1 Beef (the best) 2 Crawfish 3 Gumbo 4 Chicken Hot Sauce, Cimichurri and Cilantro sauces are excellent as well.
