Dunkin' - New Milford

I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts location; it has a charming and trendy atmosphere. It's also conveniently located, making it easy to grab a quick snack after shopping at Big Y. The staff here is friendly and courteous. Additionally, they offer accessible entrances and parking for those with wheelchairs.

Had an excellent experience at this point. I had received a discount by email that they didn't know. They worked with me and took the information to go back to the company and find out why they were not informed before the promotion began. All were friendly and helpful. Also, while I was there, a group of young men came without masks. They were told they were not served without a mask and had to go. You really appreciated the rules.

Coffee is fresh, people are professional and friendly... my only suggestion is that they order the number of sugars you order on the stickers... It says “sugar” on the cup, whether I order one, two or three sugars ....

It's your standard Dunkin Donuts, but my parents used to stop by here frequently when they were dating. My uncle had a law practice just down the street, so this place has a bit of family history. I give it 4 stars for the nostalgia. Otherwise, it's the same coffee and donuts you'd expect.

Dunkin Donuts is a great spot to visit. It has a lovely ambiance where you can enjoy a bite to eat and take a little break. The tea is excellent, the atmosphere is inviting, there's ample parking, and the donuts are simply beautiful and delicious.
