Hardee's - New Middletown

They forgot our 2 large tator tots this time and last time they forgot something too I don't like complaining cuz I know how it is to work in fast food but 2 times in a row something needs to be said as a heads up food was still great but jus would have liked to get my whole order I paid for

The lobby was closed, the food was good. Update 6/11/22-didnt have big cups, had no middle lid, had no Swiss cheese and made my sandwich twice wrong, so just got a refund and went on my way.

I went out for some Hardee's and this place did not disappoint. My food was fresh and was served quickly. The restaurant was recently opened, and the dining area was well-kept and clean.

I went out for dinner on Christmas Eve at 9:00 PM. While most restaurants were closed, this one was open, and they greeted us warmly, wishing us a Merry Christmas. I was really pleased with the staff's friendliness. The food was decent, but my fries were overcooked and somewhat burned. This was probably the only reason I didn't rate the experience a 5 out of 5.

I really wish we had a Hardee's in or near Cincinnati, but unfortunately we don't. The chicken biscuit was fresh and absolutely delicious. I got a Frisco burger for my husband, and then I turned around and ordered him some cookies. But that biscuit— the chicken was incredibly fresh. I just have to say it again: your food was fantastic!
