Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - New London

Worst Popeyes around. The baldheaded GM is very rude and does not help with customers. As I was waiting 25 minutes for my food, I can hear him yelling at his employees in the background. Not good for business. Whoever this guy is needs to be fired he does not belong in the hospitality business.

There's no signs saying that the dining room closes at 8 so they should fix that. Waited in line for over half an hour, no one ever spoke to me at the menu box after waiting for five minutes in silence but I'd ordered on the app so I went ahead anyway.When I got to the window, I was told that they didn't have an order under my name. The manager had an attitude with me and then when I did get my order Cajun fries and 8 sweet heat sauces I asked if he put all the sauces in and he said yes. I left cuz almost 40 minutes passed and I had only wanted some fries. But when I finally checked the bag, the fries were warm and he only put 6 sauces. If I hadn't paid for them, it wouldn't have bothered me but that took so long to met with an attitude and have stuff missing.Go to the Groton one instead ?

Chicken was cooked to perfection and Mac and cheese was really good, very cheesy. Food was quick and seemed like straight out of the fryer. Great meal.

Both the New London Norwich Popeyes do not make the food fresh to order. Not even the french fries they are reheated and hard. Those two need to be shut down. If you want the sandwiches made fresh, you have to go to Groton. And even in Groton, if you get a bucket of chicken, I suggest you go inside so you can get a batch of chicken that they just cooked.

Very inconsistent quality, when they are on their A game it is really good but it is hit or miss and you never know what you are going to get or how you will be treated.
