Aj's Hot Dogs Gyros - New Lenox

Good service, gyro was good but I didn't care for sauce. Otherwise it was just fine.

The food was good but while we sat there eating, the man working behind the counter left from behind the counter to open the door for 2 different elderly ladies at 2 different times. The door is a bit heavy but I was impressed!! This says a lot about a business.

The food here is good. I really enjoyed the euros and they gave me a massive portion of meat so the food gets a 5! They aren't trying to scam on portion. The wait can definitely be a little long if there's a lot of people and the inside isn't in the best condition.. broken lights, and flickering florescents but the people here were kind and the food was great so I'd come back!

Very good gyros plate, enough for 2 meals and reasonable prices. Very nice gentleman behind counter. Atmosphere very plain but very clean. We've driven past there for so many years and we were pleasantly surprised inside. We'll definitely order again.

The decor is very dated . And falling apart . The manager is nice and fast with taking orders but you kinda get the feeling he doesn't want to be there . (I understand good help is hard to find . The food is good and real .. Gyros and subs .win.... I saw 3 people order the gyro burger ... I'm sure the tacos are yummy. Fresh fries ... And huge portions ... They have a happy hour like menu... Everyday . Quiet place is sit for a minute. Parking is ok. Oh and they make milk shakes the correct way . Vegetarian options: Guy ordered veg sub while I was in line. Also I think you can get grilled veggies on a sub.
