Chick-fil-a Lagniappe Village

The food at this restaurant is okay, but not outstanding. The sandwiches tend to be soggy on the bottom buns, but the mac and cheese is good. The fries are usually decent. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.

Today, I ordered a chicken sandwich but now regret not opting for the nuggets instead. I might have been able to spot the strand of hair before it unexpectedly found its way into my mouth.

The service was extremely slow at this restaurant. The girl at the counter ignored me and walked away without helping. It took over 10 minutes to receive my 3-strip meal even though I had ordered on the app. This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had.

Twice I have been inside and only 1 register working. Customers waiting. In need of a 2nd working register. Just poor service
