Soul de Cuba - New Haven

This place comes highly recommended. I thought it was just okay. We tried the motofu and yuca frita. Note that the yuca comes with a mayonnaise-based sauce, so ask to omit that if you order it or the tostones. The motofu didn’t have a ton of flavor. I would not avoid this place if other people suggested it, but I wouldn’t pick it.

A great place to eat. eating was great, much taste. the atmosphere was wonderful and the service was friendly. my first time with a contactless restaurant, they don't take cash, but that doesn't have gone away from the experience I'm planning definitiw!

When my partner and I first came together, we moved into an apartment above this restaurant and woke up every morning to the smell of prep in their kitchen. Since then, soul de cuba is always a comfort restaurant for us. her eating is never disappointed, and her service and the culture of her company are consistently healthy. we always feel welcome. we had a small high-time reception, and we ordered food from all our favorite New Haven restaurants for our guests. soul de cuba was the biggest hit. the personal I worked with went out of the way to provide us an excellent service, and it paid. Thank you for being more than a restaurant!

The food and the drinks were excellent. remember that they need their handy to order and pay about the QR code, which took me a while to find out. the atmosphere is relaxed and Cuban music is the soundtrack.

Delicious meal. the cubano and plantains were fired. it was great, and the Sangria-Mojito was also great. will definitely return!
