Chabaso Bakery - New Haven

I discovered this restaurant a few years ago, and I absolutely love their chabaso bread. I think I need to visit them directly because I can't get enough of it!

The roasted garlic bread features small bits of garlic that you might want to dodge if you want to fully enjoy it. These little garlic pieces can be a real minefield for those who love bread and garlic but are concerned about their health. That said, the bread itself is baked to perfection and is truly delightful!

I haven't had bread since my time in Paris. If you're looking for a true indulgence, grab a baguette and then head to a grocery store that sells authentic French butter. It doesn’t get any better than that.

If they are semi-drivers, they better call direction before they meet i91 north, no overnight parking even no street parking, but charging is quite fast friendly staff.

Love all your breads but my favorite is Olive Ciabatta.
