Olive Garden Italian - NEW HARTFORD

We had an incredible experience at this restaurant. Our waiter, Skeeter, was one of the best I've ever had. He clearly enjoyed his job, was exceptionally pleasant, and served us quickly. The food was fantastic, and the entire staff, from the warm greeting at the door to the manager, was outstanding. If you're seeking a delicious meal in a wonderful atmosphere with exceptional service, this place is a top choice!

The staff truly makes this restaurant shine. I’ve visited several Olive Garden locations, so I find it challenging to review a chain restaurant. The food was consistently good, as usual, but what stood out was the well-selected team of employees. They were friendly, efficient, and it was evident that they genuinely enjoy their work. It’s definitely a great spot for lunch. The positive energy from the staff will undoubtedly lift your spirits for the rest of the day.

Visited olive garden after being refused service in another restaurant. When we celebrated the conclusion of my brother, we were looking forward to a nice lunch. When we entered, they felt like family and accepted. Greeting, service and meal were absolutely amazing. I am so glad that we were unable to dine in the other restaurant as we missed this amazing experience with Jean and Aimee. Thanks @Olive Garden.

Had one of the best experiences, we have had at a restaurant. Service was amazing all around. Food was fresh and and prepared to our liking. Although it was endless soup and salad. We will definitely be going back and asking for Olivia as our waitress again.
