Elska - New Farm

I took my partner to this restaurant for her birthday dinner and was happily impressed with the delicious food and the way it was presented. The staff made sure that no food went to waste and showcased creative uses of ingredients. The only downside was that they did not allow us to bring in an outside cake for the celebration, and there were no special desserts provided aside from the regular menu options, which was disappointing for such a special occasion.

Chef Nathan and his team have established a truly exceptional restaurant in Brisbane. The cuisine is delicious, innovative, and pays homage to the local region while drawing inspiration from Nordic flavors. The attentive wait staff suggested outstanding wines to complement our meal. We are grateful for a wonderful dining experience. Thank you.

This was our second visit in elska and it is still excellent. eating is an inspired mixture of arome and textures with a focus on the use of as many ingredients as possible for minimizing waste. there were ingredients on the menu that I would normally avoid, but they were perfectly integrated into the dishes without exaggerating the aromes.
