Great food and really nice ambience...service also great. The staff was very attentive and courteous... pricing a bit on the high side but expected of five star restaurant...Dal makhni and butter chicken really great...aloo achari can be given a miss

We had an early dinner in Jamavar, The Leela Palace New Delhi. We were six ladies for dinner. I had roasted poppadum, and a simple order of vegetable coconut stew with green pea. If you're a coconut lover, this dish is for you. The stew was well prepared and aromatic. Our dessert was the Gulab Jamun. You must try Paan (leaf chewing) on the way out for mouth refreshment and healthy digestion either you love it or not.

Visited the place for a formal dinner... Firstly the food was just awesome ! The paneer, the daal and other dishes were just too tasty. While the price is on the higher side, sure this a very great fine dining place for those looking for authentic Indian food. While I a vegetarian, my colleagues who tasted the Non-vegetarian food were impressed as well. Good service as there were couple of waiters ready to help us.
