フィードバックを提供するDidnt like the shrimp but the chicken and fries were good
I visited the restaurant yesterday hoping to order an 8-piece family meal. Unfortunately, the person taking orders through the speaker had trouble understanding me, and I couldn’t make sense of what they were saying either. After repeating “8-piece box” at least six times, they finally clarified with, “Oh, 8-piece chicken box.” I confirmed, but then they mentioned they didn’t have any chicken legs available. I declined and drove away. Management, please ensure that someone who can communicate effectively in English is in charge of taking orders. Otherwise, you risk losing a lot of business.
I ordered through Door Dash, and the experience was fantastic! They estimate a delivery time of 30-40 minutes, and I received a text notification that the dasher had picked up my order within just 30 minutes. The food was delicious! The chicken was juicy and tender, whether in the sandwich or the classic dinner portions. The hot apple pie beignets were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning!
The order was correct, but there were a couple of issues. They forgot to include our sauces and straws, and instead of placing the fries in a small box, they simply tossed them into a small takeout bag. By the time we received our order, the food was already ice cold.
During their opening week, the restaurant was outstanding! The service was fast, and the food was top-notch. However, my last two visits have been quite the opposite. The staff appears to be disorganized, as both visits had missing items from my orders and the quality of the food significantly declined. The portions of chicken were quite small for the price, and the chicken itself was dry and tasted stale. It's disappointing because this location had so much promise when it first launched. I still hold out hope for improvements, but I won't be returning for a while.
