Panda Express - New Castle

The food presentation is incredible, and the ingredients are seasonal. This was my first visit to this restaurant and the food was outstanding.

The orange chicken and walnut shrimp were delicious. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, the service was fast, and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my experience.

I will never return to this restaurant! My overall experience was terrible. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I waited in line for 5 minutes as the only customer in the store. I ordered a double side of sweet fire chicken with rice but received only one side. When I brought this up, they gave me peppers and pineapple but no chicken. The manager, or someone in a black shirt, then informed the employee that one side was enough.

The first time I had Panda Express and I will definitely be back! The food was great and I didn't have to wait long. This teriyaki sauce is amazing
