Dirty! The food was cold (despite having to wait for it in the designated drive thru spot) and used napkins were in my bag…. They were crumbled up with ketchup smears and placed on top of the fries. I would have turned around for a refund if I had noticed it before coming home. It is safe to say I threw the food away because it was completely unsanitary. There is a survey link on the receipt and I tried to rectify the situation through there, but no one got back to me.

I ordered a order of regular cheese curds and a medium Reese‘s buttercup blizzardwith extra Reese buttercup, and I paid an extra fee for extra Reese’s butter cups, and did not even receive it. When I confronted the cashier, they tried to gaslight me into believing there was extra in there when there wasn’t. The cheese curds were also burnt and the service was not up to par. Do better.

Great atmosphere with a team orientated staff . Food and ice cream are awesome.....

BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I was doordashing and had to go to this horrible store. Not only did they move with ZERO urgency, when I asked the manager for the corporate number after waiting more than 20mins, she told me to “go online and look it up yourself” I asked her if there was someone besides herself that I could speak to and she told me SHE was the GM. Mary gives this place a bad name! Also as I was waiting for her to write down her info, the other worker came over with the food and I told her I’m waiting for Mary to write down the info. She then proceeded to say “fine, you can wait even longer” and threw the customers order back by the warmer. Shame on you all! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN!!
