Extremely rude people with overpriced product. They put on a nice face when you buy something but the minute you start questioning them they turn nasty. I called them to let them know my Christmas tree was dying about 4 days after I purchased one from their store and tried to get it replaced because I didn't want a dead tree before Christmas. It took me several tries to get in touch with them. When I finally did and asked about a replacement they were extremely rude; calling me crazy and accusing me of playing games. They eventually brought me a new tree, however it was half the size of the one I originally paid for. I will never shop here again and advise people to not give them business.
