Wendy's - New Bremen

When I was ordering, they waited until the last moment to tell me that they’re only serving beverages of the diet variety so I had to reorder my whole entire order and then the man at the window was very rude because I have an old credit card that sometimes the chip does not work. Went there yesterday around 515. No cars in the parking lot and there were a few cars through the drive-in. Went inside and waited to place our order. No one came, but said they would be right with us. I could see four people working when we got there but one of them took his drink and went to the back room so he must’ve been on break during the dinner hour. Another was talking on her cell phone. We continue to wait still no one came. Started to walk out and said sorry to have bothered you and they snapped back. Well we only have four people working. I had to give this a one star because there wasn’t an option for zero. I wouldn’t be posting this remark, but this is the third time now in the last month that this is happened. Mobile app doesn't work here. It's a 40min line and there's only 7 people in the line. The mobile coupon I used didn't work and they can't figure out why so I end up spending 12.60 on a burger and fry. Then it's another 20min wait for food. Don't come here! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
