フィードバックを提供するThe manager was difficult to deal with, which made for a negative experience for patrons.
I received an incredibly small portion of turkey on my sandwich—so small that I could barely tell it was there. It had almost no flavor aside from the bread. What a disappointment.
The sub I received was cold by the time I got it. My order was prepared at the same time as a guy who ordered five subs, and instead of processing my bill quickly to get me out of there, they prioritized him. He had a coupon for each sub, which led to a 10-minute wait at the register.
Would not honor the bogo offer for app ordering because I claimed a reward of a free cookie, that voided the bogo!? Per their employee! ...it was a reward for prior orders! Typically we order are very pleased with Botkins store, we will be returning there in the future, the quality of our same subs are much better there, we will not be returning to NB store.
We order on line carry out. The sandwiches are well made and always just the way we request.
