The Country Biscuit - New Bern

I'm just hoping your food is good, but not the country biscuit 2 in Askin nc, nope it was bad on June 14th, ?

Forgot half our order, and we don't live close. They blamed it on an Internet connection issue, then it was something to do with being out of said item and nobody telling us. They offered to fix it, but we were already home. Driving all the way back the next day for half of a breakfast felt bad. After all of the inconvenience, the least they could've done was remake our order, knowing we were driving from Havelock to get it.

The food was good, eggs were done to order. They don’t have a huge selection but what we ordered each different was enjoyed. Our waitress came fairly quickly but we got there early. The food came out within an acceptable time. When the get busy and the place is full, we had to ask for our check. The waitress brought it out in just a minute. We were very satisfied.

What a gem!! Small and cozy restaurant (with a drive-thru) with an outstanding menu (we had breakfast) and waitstaff (especially the manager Tracy... who made our breakfast one to remember). We will be sure to make this one stop on our travels in the area not to be missed.

The food was decent, but the service felt strange, as though they didn't want our business. Additionally, the prices were quite high.
