Rally's Hamburgers - New Albany

Well when I was there they had double sandwiches or hotdogs for 6$. Which is 2 patties or lg sandwiches. You get 2 for 6. Now they have a board for single patty burgers and hotdogs. Buy 2 for 4$ now if I wasn't paying attention they would have been ableto get 2 extra dollars off me. But I did the 2 hotdogs for 4$ instead of 2 hotdogs for 6$.. You need to pay attention when youare ordering. My food was ok. Nothing to make me want to come back.

Wanted to try it but the food is not crazy good ... Soggy af burgers looked old .. they did look short staffed tho and we're pretty quick but quickness came with old burgers which were pretty nasty I'll have to try another location

Great stop, always quick service, perfect location, fries are always fresh here. Best deal on the $1 ice cream cone. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite Rally's location around here. Go here more then any other Rally's location around. The food just always seems fresher and better tasting here. Like they take their time with your order unlike most fast-food that just hurry and throw your order together. Give it a shot! Can't be Rally's there just isn't much better tasting fast-food around or better value for the quantity you get from them.

Edit: I did reach out to corporate because I think it's unacceptable for the management to not show commitment and loyalty to the guests. The general manager should embody the brand spirit and promote their rewards program, but he seems unfit for his role. There are a few employees who would do an excellent job running the store. I strongly encourage anyone who has had a negative experience like mine to contact corporate as I did. It's clear that he is in the position for the perceived power rather than any real people skills; he took my hard-earned money and then disrespected me for wanting to use the rewards program! Shame on the general manager—it's truly disappointing!

Not bad at all. They almost got my order wrong, but I noticed it before leaving. They were going to shortchange me on a large fry, but we caught it, and they quickly fixed the mistake. I’ll give them 4 Big Bufords!
