Rally's - New Albany

After a thunderstorm, I found myself at this restaurant around 12:20 a.m. Despite the long wait, with about 20 cars in line for food, I was impressed to see only two people working inside. They were not only polite and kind but also surprisingly quick. Even though they were clearly overwhelmed and understaffed, they managed to get our orders right and served us promptly. I apologize for the rush of hungry customers, but your hard work is truly appreciated!

For a fast food place, Rally's really hits the mark. The selection of burgers is impressive, and the fries are absolutely delicious. The customer service exceeded my expectations; they ensured that my order was correct and delivered it with a smile. They even went the extra mile by changing their gloves to prevent any cross-contamination since my fiancée is allergic to tomatoes and ketchup. It's a fantastic fast food spot, and I can genuinely say I'll be returning.

The burgers here are fantastic—even better than the ones from my kids' favorite spot. They have amazing flavor, and they're always fresh and hot. Brian provided excellent service too!

The food was great, the fires were perfectly made. Brandon was great, he made sure our order was correct and had a great attitude from ordering to handing us our food. Even cracked a few jokes while we waited for our food to be cooked to perfection
