Kfc - New Albany

I have and ways will love KFC. It's the chicken my family has enjoyed it since I was a very small child. I'm in my 40s now.

Car almost overheated because sat in drive thru idling so long. Employees were at least pleasant this time. Two items were not in the bag when I got home. Was told they ran out of one item and substituted with extra of another. But only items in my bag Ihad ordered and paid for. So guess I gifted the place money for missing items. One entree was very good but the other lookedlike it was prepared over the weekend and served today. Couldn't eat it, not even the stray cats hanging around my door wouldnot eat it! Guess we'll see if the raccoon or opossum that visits late at night will try it..

Food was delicious! But they left out our two extra biscuits we ordered.

I have been on a fried chicken ???? quest for weeks. Sadly for the other players in the area, but luckily for me, KFC did not disappoint. I have finally quelled my craving: 3 Piece Extra Crispy Meal with Mac and Cheese and Mashed Potatoes.

The service is extremely slow. They only wait on two cars at a time. Don't even say they will be with you in a minute. Just silence when you pull up. The chicken tenders were rubbery and not very hot. The biscuit was hard and very small, normally Ilove them. The girl at the window was very unfriendly, I thanked her several times, after each time she interacted with me. Shesaid nothing! Since opening back up I see a big decline in service and acting like they just don't care.
