Subway - Nevada

I feel like this subway is trending down. We get subway frequently when visiting the in-laws but it seems that the last few times they've messed up our orders. This time they added olives on a sandwich. And a lot of them. There was more olives than meat. Subs were good, made very fast didn't listen well.. Parking: Very little parking right off Lincoln Way Ames. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Two online orders in a row in the evening, we have had orders not done at all or even remotely care. It's sad as we know someone that works during day hours that always takes pride in making sure things are done right. Living in a town with few meal options, it sucks that this is happening as we won't be going back. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

My daughter worked at this restaurant for three days, but during that time, she never received her paperwork or any training from a manager. It's been over a month, and she's still waiting for her paycheck. She described the place as unsanitary, claiming there was a rat in the chip box and that children were responsible for cleaning at night. Additionally, there was no manager on duty after 4 PM. The freezer was broken, so the meat was warm but still served.

I usually visit this restaurant on weekdays, and it’s always a great experience. The knowledgeable staff prepares sandwiches just the way you’d expect. However, weekends are a different story. The staff typically consists of teenagers, and their performance can be hit or miss. Some seem to lack motivation. I recommend going on weekdays and avoiding weekends.
