Boulevard Hot Bagels - Nesconset

I ordered turkey bacon and egg whites on a roll. there was LITERALLY ONE SLICE of turkey bacon. AND it was so under cooked it was practically raw and i could barely eat it. seriously ?

Best bagels on Long Island!!! I wish you opened another location towards FARMINGVILLE, but I'll travel to get them from you!

Honestly, this used to be BY FAR the best bagel shop. I would drive 40 minutes away to get bagels here when I lived further away.Now? Some of the newer employees have such bad attitudes over the silliest things, my order is incorrect more often than it’s correct, and they stop answering phones/sometimes close their shop before their posted times.The quality of the bagels is super inconsistent now too : pretty please work to get back to the great shop you’ve been for almost my whole life. This is not it.

They didn’t have a lox bagel sandwich on the menu. Bagels were excellent though

Something needs to be done about the organization of this place. They literally have one or two people taking orders while there is a huge line and no area that people could go to where they can just pick up their order that they called in. Other bagel stores literally have a spot where you can wait if you called it in and pick it up. I don't understand what the point of calling an order in is if I have to wait in line with the rest of everybody else placing their order which takes forever anyways. When I walked in and asked where I could go to pick up my order I was ignored out right. Now you could say that they were busy and they didn't have a chance to answer but I asked one of them directly and received no answer. The place either needs better management or more efficient employees. Last time I'm coming here and I've been going here for years.
