I got a bagel, and one half was good, while the other half was just a plain bagel. This doesn’t happen too often, but it's frequent enough for me to mention it. Thank you!

The donuts, when available, taste as though they've been sitting out since the day they were made.

Staff is always rude, I asked for a grilled cheese and bacon extra toasted and was told it takes too much time I don 't care, thats what I want, you could ask me to park and wait, but instead I was told no.This time we waited at the drive thru speaker for 2 minutes before anyone took our order even thought there was only 1 car in the drive thru, then we waited for 5 minutes in line for an iced capp. I don 't know what takes so long, but this is the worst location on the city.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp

I pre-ordered on the Tims app for inside pickup and to my surprise my order was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order. I was extremely frustrated as I was trying to be proactive and plan out my morning as I had to take my daughter to her hockey tournament game and wanted to get her some breakfast and have her on time. I wish I would have read these reviews first. Seems there’s a common theme at this Tim location. Corporate should step in and correct the obvious.
