Cousin Vinny's Pizza - Nepean

Great pizza, the dough and sauce are out of this world. My favourite "Cousin Vinny's Meat Lover" Pick-up only, but worth the drive.

My friends and I wished to have food late at night, and found Cousin Vinny's open with very positive reviews online. What we failed to realize, however, was that all the reviews discussed in-restaurant dining, and none of them referenced delivery. Our delivery took over 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, the individual refused to hand over the food until we payed a surplus charge due to a long-distance call - with our frustration with having waited 2 hours, we didn't question this surplus charge, but to our dismay, realized that we did not receive the drinks that we had paid for. In calling the individual, he mentioned that it was too late at night, and that we would not received our drinks. We mentioned that we would appreciate receiving what we had paid for, and he responded to wait for an hour due to other deliveries. While waiting, we ate part of the food that had been delivered, which had a rancid taste and a terrible smell. After more than an hour, we finally received the drinks. Terrible experience, will not order takeout again.
