フィードバックを提供するI placed an order online using the Kens app, and while my food arrived on time, I was asked to hold on. After waiting for 15 minutes, I inquired about the status of my order, only to be told quite abruptly that it didn’t exist—this was repeated to me twice. I showed them my app, which confirmed the order, but there was no explanation and still no food. I've been a regular customer at this restaurant for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning. It’s unacceptable to treat loyal customers this way, especially after waiting 30 minutes for nothing.
I don't usually order from Ken's, but last night we decided to try a takeaway delivery. It arrived on time, but unfortunately, that was where the good news ended. The chicken balls were burnt to a crisp, the chips were cold and soggy, and the prawn crackers were stale, clearly over 24 hours old. My wife's main course was inedible. We ended up paying just to throw everything away. It was a very disappointing experience. From now on, we'll stick to our usual Chinese restaurant.
This is the best spice bag I’ve ever had; it’s absolutely incredible!
Edit: Continued to use this Chinese as I still think it's the best in town and the service times have greatly improved, and as such, so has my review. Thanks Kens!! Best Chinese in town, although sometimes when you pre-order you end up waiting outside for 15-30 mins past your collection time for your food, hence the 4 stars. If that stops happening it's a guaranteed 5 star!
