We decided to have breakfast and ended up waiting for half an hour. The dishes we ordered were served cold, and they felt like they were frozen or pre-made. It's hard to call them complete meals. I'm disappointed. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The manager completely ignored our complaints, and the waitstaff were a whole other story! They served us a rock-hard avocado that was impossible to pierce with a fork! When I asked for a replacement, they took the plate away for 10 minutes, only to return with a dirty dish that had no avocado and cold food, proudly announcing that all their avocados were of the same poor quality! Instead of trout, they brought us torn scraps! The manager didn't even apologize and, even worse, didn't want to come out to the dining area! It took 25 minutes to bring us an Americano! They couldn't even cut the toast evenly, and I didn't even want to ask for anything else! Absolutely disgraceful!

The wait for the order is incredibly long, almost excruciating.

A nice café with a delicious menu for both adults and children. It's conveniently located near the Ledo ice rink, making it a great spot to refuel after a workout.
