Cantina del Centro - Nelson

This is one of our go-to restaurants when we come to Nelson because the food is really great The nachos and tacos are fantastic.

The atmosphere and service here was greatWe started with the Ceviche, followed by Tacos (Barbacoa, Argentine, and Pescado) and a shared main salad.

The staff were super friendly, and we loved both the margaritas and mocktailsTacos were also very unique with great blends of flavor.

To celebrate Family Day today we chose La Cantina. We arrived before noon and we were seated immediately, orders taken, applies arrived promptly. The server was friendly and efficient. We chose tacos, soup, burritos and Virgen margaritas- Big flavours and very filling. I I appreciated the music wasn’t too loud for us to talk comfortably. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will be returning before the summer slam of tourists. ¡Muchísimas gracias!

Great cocktails, service and food. We just stopped in for a quick bite but we got lucky and got a patio table in the mid-October sun on a warm afternoon... perfect. The Caesar and Cucumber Jalepeno Margarita were excellent and the tacos were some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.
