Nahm Nelson

We were a group of 4, visiting from north of Auckland, and ate here last Saturday. To say the meal was good would be an understatement. We had 4 excellent meals. Two of us had the beef dish and it was the tenderest beef we have ever experienced in a stirfry. The staff were very obliging and friendly. A great experience during our weekend away.

Great food, good potions. The ambience is fantastic with nice water views if you're sitting by the windows.

Four of us dined here on Saturday night, April 16th. The restaurant was busy at 19.00 but died away while we were there. Service was prompt, and we were eating within 20 minutes this is fast in a busy restaurant ! I have eaten in very many Thai restaurants, and plenty of them were in Thailand itself I know good from bad. The food was uniformly very good, and the cocktails were also good value. I highly recommend this place....

We went for dinner with a large group. There was a wide variety of Thai food on the menu, with clear vegetarian and vegan indicators. They also offered dairy free dessert. I had the Pork Belly Lava, Thai hot. It was nice and spicy, with not as much Pork as I was expecting. The atmosphere was fantastic. Seeing the dusk over the ocean, and the passing boat lights as well. One slightly odd thing is the entry, as you end up going up stairs and passing through a rather tight cash register bar area to get to the main seating.

Nahm is one of my favourite restaurants the food is delicious. We are so lucky to have a place like this in Nelson. I'm a regular customer . If you haven't been, you're definately missing out.
