My husband and I come here for breakfast once a week or sometimes more. We love their food and the service! They always make you feel welcomed. Our son, who is very picky, loves it here. He and his girlfriend go here too. The waitresses are always smiling and keeping your coffee full! Scarlet always says Good Morning even when she doesn’t serve us! We highly recommend West River Cafe! Food: 5
