The customer service at this restaurant is awful, most likely because of inadequate management based on my personal experience.

Had the car side tonight after 10 minutes after the pick-up time I left and found a guy and told him I was here for car side, he said he would check on her but never came back. I went back after another ten minutes and waited from the kitchen until my order was done. the restaurant was quite empty. this is not the first time I had problems on this site, I will never go back again and I will be sure that I will tell all my friends about the kind of coworkers who work there.

The experience was just okay. I ordered a pint but received a larger size by mistake. It was strange, but not a big deal. Our food was good, but our server never came back to check on us. The table next to us waited so long that they had to call the restaurant to remind them they were waiting for their check. The table behind me was checked on multiple times while we were ignored. Overall, the service was lacking and I'm not sure if I should even give them 2 stars. The chef did cook the food well though, so I'll give credit for that.
