Three Squares Craft Kitchen Cocktails

Three Squares offers a good selection of beers, and we both enjoyed the Pipeworks Water Balloon Toss Champs NEIPA on tap. I ordered the blackened salmon, which was cooked perfectly but a bit too salty for my taste. Overall, I’d rate the experience a solid 4 out of 5. My friend had a pasta dish that he really liked. The prices are on the higher side (the salmon was $24, and draft beer was $8), but we definitely plan to return!

The food was mediocre, and the menu was quite limited. However, the bartender's attention to detail was commendable, as they stuffed olives with blue cheese for the martini, which is always a nice touch of good service! I only took a picture of the first page of the menu, but after reviewing the full menu, I still found it lacking in variety; most of the appetizers were fried.

While the food was acceptable, the state of the restrooms was unacceptable—they had overflowing trash cans and were extremely dirty, to the point of being disgusting. This made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen as well. I won’t be coming back. Aaron, your response to my concern was unprofessional. I brought the bathroom situation to the attention of the manager, who promised to address it, but two hours later, it remained just as filthy. You should be embarrassed and avoid using disrespectful language towards customers. Additionally, dirty restrooms can ruin one's appetite. As Anthony Bourdain pointed out in *Kitchen Confidential*, if a restaurant neglects to maintain clean facilities, it raises serious doubts about the cleanliness of their kitchen and food prep areas. I completely agree with the late Anthony Bourdain on this matter.

Pleasant bar and grill in a quiet neighborhood . The bar area was nice and sleek but the craft cocktails were just ok to me. Interesting selection of local brews though. The kitchen during dinner service was much better. Dinner offerings included seafood entries. The mussels were cooked just right and not rubbery. I wished the crostini was made from bread with a bit more body and heavier crust to soak up more of the wonderfully garlicky broth with a hint of sage. Live music was playing on a weekend night. Burger I had for lunch on another visit was pretty standard pub food. Good but nothing memorable

To be fair this place probably deserves 2 stars based on food, atmosphere and service. I came here for dinner and had a burger and a cocktail which were fine. Nothing I would come back for. The service was fine but a little slow for being half empty. The most ridiculous part about this place is the owner who is rude and can't help himself from leaving rude comments on any negative reviews. He claims that leaving a 1 star review isn't right because this is how he supports his family... If this is how you support your family, stop leaving aggressive comments and try acting professional. You know that new potential customers can see the things you say? If your comments were funny and entertaining it would be one thing. But they're not. Can't wait to see his reply here!
